Christine Parker is a partner in the New York office of Reed Smith LLP. Her practice focuses on regulatory, enforcement and transactional matters related to commodities, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies, including advice on relevant legislative and regulatory proposals. Christine has significant experience advising financial and commercial market participants in connection with commodities and derivatives regulatory and enforcement matters. She focuses on issues relating to the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations, including trading and clearing-related matters at CFTC-regulated exchanges and clearinghouses. Christine also advises market participants on regulatory and transactional issues related to the development of digital assets and cryptocurrencies including token sales, market infrastructure, trading, clearing, and settlement solutions on distributed ledger technology.


Ryne Miller is the general counsel of FTX.US, a US-regulated cryptocurrency exchange.  Prior to joining FTX Ryne worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he was a Partner and Co-Head of its Commodities, Futures & Derivatives practice. He was formerly an attorney at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission where he served as legal counsel to Chairman Gary Gensler.
